Mr. Brian Leung, Chairman of HKFA said “The Jockey Club-funded Summer Scheme is one of the highlights of the football development calendar. Thanks to our sponsor and partner, every year literally thousands of children across Hong Kong get the opportunity to learn and play football with their friends in a safe and fun environment. This year is World Cup year and HKFA hope all the youngsters will join the programme, come to the pitch and showcase what they had learned from watching top notch games on the television. I look forward to another successful scheme and would encourage children of all skill levels to join in.”
